Verification completed but not got passport even after 1 yea

Sir / madam,

I have applied for passport on 31/01 police verification was completed after 5 months and on internet status report it was confirmed about verification but till i did't got passport and now even enquiry status is not available. plz help against this cheat and tell me what to do. I have applied directly without any agent thats why i m facing this problem if i have also given bribe/extra money then i would have got the passport it is proved here as those who have appied after me via agent, have got their passport
