Not received Passport

Dear Sir / Madam,

I have applied for the passport on 21st Sept (PNE-B018495-10); yet I have not received a call for Police Inquiry also, I went to police station twice but they are saying that they have not received the forms yet.

Online status is showing "Your application is in process".

Please look into it.
