Passport not received

Respected sir,

Myself Yashdeep Singh Bindra not received the passport. I have applied FOR PASSPORT on dated 14/06. My police verification has been sent by the local kota office. The status on the passport office website showing the POLIVE VERIFICATION NOT RECEIVED. My file no is W-220555 and key no. is 8722055511. the police verification sent by ploce by docket no. 13055 on dated 26.07.2011.
