21 months delay in passport

Hi,

Refer to aforementioned File Reference No. GZBA011798/10., I would like to inform you that I have applied for the passport on 15 March from Ghaziabad but till date I have not receive my passport.

I have submitted all the documents which were mentioned in application form and LIU has already been visited my place which I had mentioned in my Application Form.when I tried to track it thorough Internet then it is showing this massage since 5 (Five) Months "It is to regret that due to unavoidable circumstances the despatch of Passport has been delayed and will now be despatched in a week's time". I mailed the complain mail through email 3-4 times to Chief Passport Officer/ Asst. Passport Officer (Public Grievances). For that they replied me once saying "Your complaint has been taken up for redressal" 4 months back. I filed RTI by posting RTI to the respective address in ghaziabad office through proper procedure. I got a recieving letter saying action will be taken 2 months back.

On going in passport office and talking the workers directly, they seem to be very rude and do not listen. It is tought to reach there. Still I have not recieved the passport. I am working in an IT Company in mangalore and they were planning to send me out of country for project related work but I could not go there because of my passport.
