Egarding passport police verification

My name is Vishnu VS iam residing at trivandrum, I applied for a passport on 07-04 and my file no: is c009720, now iam at hyderabad doing MBA, my trivandrum residence police verification is over but my college verification at hyderabad is not over, when i ask trivandrum office they told that they already send my file to hyderabad office on 25/11, but the file is not yet reached the hyderabad passport office, Sir what should i do, Sir please do necessary action to receive my passport as soon as possible
