Respected Sir,

I am submitting my passport application before 1 year and I received my file reference no: VSP-Z300145-11 and applied date is 21-01 with date of birth: 11-06-1987. Recently last month 2nd i go to passport office at Visakhapatnam and meet with passport officer. So, please RECTIFY my mistake and as early as possible passport is received to my hand.
