Passport office chandigarh
Passport Not recieved

Dear Sir,

I have applied for fresh pasport in Dec-08 in Chandigarh passport office. But till now I didn't recieve my passport. In website, It show "Either file is wrong or no information exits".

1) Can I close this file & apply again with new file? if yes, Please tell what is process for this?

2) what IS is process for reopen this file?

Please help me it is very urgent.
