Passport enquiry officers not attending calls

Respected Sir,

I had an issue with regards to passport application, So i got the Tele-enquriy no's : 2200250/2210158 from the Passport submission receipt and Official website of Coimbatore Passport Office, when i tried calling no one answers the phone. At times the line is also busy and i would have called at least 50 times, still no one attends the call. This is very irritating. If the person sitting at the enquiry office doesnt pick up such enquiry calls, then why should the government have an enquiry office and appoint such irresponsible people for this job. Kindly take necessary action on this one.
