DEMAND OF PP FORMS WHEN ALREADY BEEN SUBMITTED WITH THE APPLICATION

Dear Sir,

I had lodged an application for police clearance certificate on 23rd feb for which file no is DLH-E001326-11.I had filled 1 main form and 3 PP forms and my police inquiry has already been held at Delhi address on 9th march while on 22nd march I got this following status:-

Your Police Report is In-complete. Please submit 3 sets of personal perticulars form alongwith request application quoting your file no to concern Public Relation Officer.

I do not understand when I have already submitted 3 PP forms (for my 3 address in an year), why are you demanding forms again after almost a month. You do not valur time of individuals and The Australian High Commission wanted my police clearance certificate within 28 days and after which my visa application stands rejected. I have paid 2 lacs for my visa application fees which will be wasted just because of delay from passport office.

Kindly look into the matter as soon as possble.
