More than a year for non issuance of passport

Dear Sir,

I am writing to you after my failure at Delhi passport office for issuance of my passport. I have been doing all the formalities that is been asked by PRO, but still no clarity from your office on my passport status. You have initiated an SMS based on web based services from where we can find the status - God knows how ministry of external affair validate such system which mislead citizen rather giving instant updates.

The status is not been updated on your SMS/Web server since almost 9-10 months.

I have applied for passport on 1st July File no. A038307.

after update from your office - I paid INR 1000 as penalty for duplicate application in the past. I have canceled my old application.

Now I am in middle of September almost 15 months passed - still have wrong information to me about my passport status.

It is my humble request to you that kindly intervene in the matter and guide me how do I get my passport.

I am a working professional and in the lack of passport, I have been facing humongous trouble in my career.
