Non Receipt Of Passport

I had applied new passport on 22.10.09 vide File No. GZBC00941409 at ghaziabad. After so many times, I mailed reminder but the same is not dispatched as on date.

All enquiries are cleared like police, l.i.u. etc.

On internet, a slogan is displayed that (Passport will be dispatched with in a week) since last 45 days.

Please check up my matter. It is required to me for study purpose immediately.
