Delay Passport

This is w.r.t. my passport application no. GZB-A008427-12. Application for which was submitted on 01-02 and police report was submitted there after. It's been around 3 month that the status of the passport page says: Police Report is clear a passport about to dispatched on 09-07. today is 15-07- 2012 but i still did not get my passport.

So i request you to kindly release my passport as soon as possible . i will be highly obliged. waiting for quick response.
