REMINDER no 1.

Sir/Madam

Please refer my email dated 12.05.2011 regarding non receipt of passport of my wife Smt. Archana Saxena. The same is still not received whereas the police verification has already done on 24.4.2011. The copy of status report is also enclosed herewith.

Please look into the issue.

I, Prakash Chandra Saxena alongwith my wife has submitted application on 17-March for issue passport. Our File nos. are as under:

The police verification has been completed by Shri Onkar Sing of Kamla Nagar Thana of Bhopal on 24.4.2011. After verification my passport is received on 28.4. but my wife’s passport is still awaited. On enquiry it shows that police report is awaited.

It is not understood when the police verification has been done simultaneously for both of us, then how my wife’s report is not received by passport office, You are requested to look into the issue and arrange to issue my wife’s passport at the earliest please.
