Passport was ready .. But not getting dispatched

Dear Sir,

I have applied for Re-Issue of passport (File no: HYDF03247010) on 12-October through TATKAL at PO Hyderabad. As per the FAQs mentioned in the site, Re-issue of passport through TATKAL will be delivered within 3 working days.

However, in my case, i have applied on 12-Oct. And the status is showing passport was ready on 19-Oct.

Also i am not receiving any response for the SMS sent for the status. And phone nos are not updated on the site for inquiry.

Kindly let me know when i could receive my passport? And provide me the details, why this status was kept as Ready without dispatching.
