Wrong printing of names

Hello,

For applying a passport it costs me 1200/- rupees and for correcting my name in my passport it costs me more than - rupees. This all due to mistake by passport office persons. I have applied my passport from Tirupati, they have printed my name wrong in my wife's passport, . For this i have to go hyderabad for correction.
