Delay of passport

Dear sir,

we have submitted my sons passport on 18-3. along with the copies of

parents passport. police enquiry over and submitted in May.

status online- due to unavoidable circumstances delayed due for dispatch since june1st 2011.kindly look into the matter as we have to go to urgent trip abroad.
