Respected Sir,

I have applied for renewal of my passport on 4th June with File Reference No: HYD-L006462-11, Police came for the verification of passport in the month August 10th and I have provided all the documents they asked. He verified my details and he is saying he submitted that report to the passport office.

But in online portal my passport status is showing as "Police Report has not been received.", Please help me in this regard.

I sent a mail to my RPO mail id (rpo.hyderabad@mea.gov.in) on sept 19th. But no response from the the hyderabad RPO office. Please help me in this regard.
