Passport renewal not done

Hi,

I have submitted my passport (File no; HYDL01378711) for renewal in September and Police Verification was done in October. I tried to check my status online and the website says that the Information is wrong and that there is no file by the number that I was given.

Despite waiting for such a long time, there is no trace of my passport. I request the authorities to please issue my passport at the earliest.
