Passport not being issued even after doing so many things

I'm charan tej thota applied for passport on 04 may. I'm a resident of Machlipatnam and I pursued my B Tech in Vijayawada. So at the time of applying I gave both address for enquiry and I completed my enquiry on 6 jun in Vijayawada. Later when I saw my status in passport enquiry it was stated as below "Police Report is adverse, a show-cause notice is being sent by Post". But i did not received anything by post. So waiting for few days for the post i came back to Hyderabad passport office and enquired and the problem is in Vijayawada police enquiry and they mentioned that this boy is not residing here though I went there for enquiry. In Hyderabad office they asked to write a request letter and then afterwards asked to complete ppf form and then there is a police enquiry again held in Machilipatnam and no more news from Vijayawada.

I need the passport urgently and I applied long back met the officers personally yet there is not action took place. I don't understand the kind of HARASSMENT taking place.this is the issue regarding my career please kindly do something. I don't understand why this thing is happening though i did what all things that I can do.

Please take action as soon as possible sir
