Passport has not been issued

Dear Sir,

Myself Lalitha Anisetti and I have applied for the passport 04-10 and police verification is also completed in October. Now (for almost from the past one month) the status is showing as ''It is to regret that due to unavoidable circumstances the despatch of Passport has been delayed and will now be despatched in a week's time''. I tried to reach the enquiry no's but nobody attended it. Could you please look into this and do the needful.
