No status in online status enquiry page

I have applied for passport on 15th of nov in Tatkal Scheme. And they put 23rd is the dispach date on the reciept. From the day I applied am checking the status in online but it is not showing anything. Status of the application number of the applicants who are before me and after me has some status as "passport was ready on 23rd"..But for me no statement is there. Kindly please try to help in this issue. I need the passport so urgently.please try to understand and resolve it. If You solve this issue I am really thankfull to You.
