Non-reciept of passport

Dear Sir,

I have applied for passport of my wife vide File reference no. JPR-W290945.

The application date for the same is 14-05-10. On viewing the status of the same on internet from past 1 month i can see that " Police Report is clear and the passport is expected to be despatched by 06-08. Subject to all documents being in order". but till date (23-08-10) the status is same and i haven't recieved anything.

I have to go for vacations but without passport it is not passible. i would like to request the authorities to release the same at earliest and oblige.
