Passports not renewed even after four months

I Dr. Aslam Pasha and my wife Mrs. Shamim Sultana submitted our valid passports for renewal in the month of november vide file nos. LKO A 19149810 and LKO A 19150010 even paid Rs. 4000 at the gate of the passport office, lucknow with mobile no. 9838671513 who promised to expedite the matter with some persons in the passport office but passports are still awaited. Sent emails and registered letters to the ministry of external affairs without any respose whatsoever. Please advise, disappointed utterly at every corner.
