Delay in passport

I have submitted my passport at hyderabad office on 30-5 for police clearance certificate file no HYD-L0062433-11 and always I have received online status `police verification has not been received`.i am in touch with the Police enquiry officer who has informed me that he didn't recieve my file..

Hence request sir to kindly follow up for speedy work as soon as possible..!!
