Delay in passport dispatch

Hello sir,

I had submitted EAP-I as required by the passport office on 27-Oct but still my passport has not been dispatched and it is also not showing any status on Internet (http://passportstatus.nic.in/passmain.php? city=pat). I tried to ask the reason about this delay but it is said that it's processing delay we can't do anything So, could you please let me know how much time will it take to dispatch my passport.
