Passport Office Thane
Not responding to phone calls

Hi,

I am dialing to thane passport office since 2 days on there inquiry telephone line withih the said timings i.e. from 10.30am to 12.30am. But no one is responding to the call. The call completes its cycle and finally reach to operator, some one picks up the phone and keeps it aside, no one talks from the other end. This is rediculous. If they don't want to provide any information on phone call then just drop off the service, why just they check the patience of the people.

Even the numbers given in the site for "Complaints" and "Right to Information" are all invalid number and not able to reach any of them. Is there any option to log a complaint against the complaints department or any section where I can get the contact information about "Right to Information" department.
