Passport office/Visakhapatnam
PCC not received

Dear Sir/Madam,

My self YSWETHA PRIYA POKALA, applied PCC (Police Clearance Certificate) for Kuwiat on February 15th My file no VSP-X003376 and my Passport no is H7514846. It is been 45 days since I applied for my PCC and so far I have not received it. My visa is going to expire by May 2nd. After receiving PCC I have to undergo long visa process in India i.e. Medical Examination, stamping in minstry and Kuwait embassy in Mumbai, which is also going to take time.

When I contacted passport officer they are telling that they sent my file to SP office for police verification but when I checked with my local SP office or Police station they are telling me that they have not receiced yet. I have been following up with SP office since 30 days and they are repeatedly telling me that they have not received it.

Please do the needful to get my PCC at the earliest otherwise my visa will expire and I will not be able to travel to meet my husband. I was married recently and it will affect my personal life seviourly.

I could not understand passport office/SP office they are justifying that they sent or they did not received, in that case what happened to my PCC. Nobody is taking responsibility in tracking.

Please do the needful at the earliest.
