Non-Receipt of Passport

Dear Sir,

Sub: Non-Receipt of the Passport - Reg.

Ref: File No. W23400209 dated 27th October.

Could you please look into this issue of non receipt of the passport.

When I sent SMS to 919493555577 to know the status of my passport, I got the message as 'Passport has been despatched on 11-Jan Vide Speed Post No. S8649.

When I approached the Uppal Post Office a couple of days back they informed that there won't be any Speed Post as such with this number and the Speed Post number will be in 10 degits.

I request you to please look into this issue at the earliest.
