Tatkal Passport is getting Delayed

I applied my passport on Tatkal through Passport Seva Kendra, Lal Bagh and its pending for the last one month. I am really disappointed with Lal Bagh, Passport seva kendra that APO officer did not tell me that if you case transfer to RPO office, bangalore, it will take time.

I had applied Police certificate on Aug 19 as it was required for Canada Immigration but police verification was taking time. Therefore i got back my passport without service.

But police verification report was submitted in Apr That time i was in Bangalore. Thats why MY PCC has the adverse report.

Thats why passport is on hold for the last one month. Passport office RTO, bangalore, is saying that the RTO office will send fax to PATNA to find out the reason for adverse report in my passport. I went twice in PAssport Office, RTO, Bangalore on Jan 5 and Jan 10 and i waited whole day for the fax and the employee of RTO could not send fax because they were busy in receiving call.

Its a five minutes job and my case is pending for last one month and even it has not initiated also.

My old passport got cancelled.

I do not know how to get my new passport.

The worst situation has become in passport office, RTO, bangalore. It looks like the less employee is working in Passport office, RTO, Bangalore or work should be outsourced to third party.

I request to intervain and please initiate my passport process in bangalore.

I have been living in bangalore since Apr

I am ready for the police verification in bangalore.

Once again i request you to intervain in my case and initiate the passport process.
