Non issual of Passport (applied in 2009)

Dear Sir,

I had applied for passport in 2008 December.

Passport file number: B02330309

The status of the application when I check it online is: Your file is in line for further processing

THE STATUS HAS NOT CHANGED SINCE 2 YEARS...

I am a student and Passport is mandatory for applying jobs and for further studies..

I would be really glad if someone took a note of this and helped me out in this case.
