Hii i just attend a long procedure in the passport office situated near urvashi theater bangalore, at the staff at the token issue counter dint make this task any easy for me... i had some documents wrong... but the help line we had called earlier was useless... so i had no clue... but the staff names joythi i suppose treated me as if i were a criminal... they have a good arrangement going on in that office... but they need to teach their staff some manners... seriously... specially the staff at the token counter... they have no decency...
