Police Report Missing

I alongwith my wife and son have applied for Passport in July 5th and Police Verification was done on 11th July but its been one month and Passport website shows that Police Report not received, I have checked with Dindoshi Police Station and they said that they have already sent File to CID on 14th July, so I have no Idea where its missing, kindly help me to get my and my family passport at earliest, as I have to go for my Sons Bone marrow operation to Singapore on 25th Sep 2011. Details as per below.
