Inclusion of Spouse Name

Hi,

I've applied for my Spouse name inclusion in my Passport on 31-May. I was told that it will take 20 days to recieve the passport and there would be no police verification. But when i check my passort staus after 1 week it was showing 'Police Report was not yet recieved'. When i verified again after 15 days it was not showing any status except my details. Its already 23 days completed. I've sent several SMS's to the given number with my 'FILE No' and 'KEY NO' but no use. I didn't got any reply. I've sent mails ti the email id given in Contact Us page but the same story.. no reply.

My VISA Process in on HOLD because of this.

There was a strange policy they have.

&-gt; When i applied for this they took my old passport and said they will be sending a new one.

&-gt; When we applied the same 'Spouse Name Inclusion' for my wife passport they haven't took her old passport. When I inquired about this said 'Their policies changed 2 on that day'. I've wife's application was done on 09-June.

Can someone help me how to find the status and get my old passort (incase of new passport delay).
