Don't have marksheet's

Dear sir

i dont have marksheet's of class 10th and 12th, as i already mentioned in the form (application no: ghaziabad Z001145), i have not studied that much.then why they are asking me for the certificates for date of birth. I have attached all the documents whish i have and which was necessary.

kindly solve my problem.
