Non reciept of pension

Dear Sir/Madam,

I Shakuntala sinha CIVIL PENSIONER hereby inform you that I am having a pension a/c no. 30061568388 in SBI, Bihar University Campus Branch, Muzaffarpur (Bihar) code 1519 . I regret to inform you that I have not received/credited 1 year pesion and the arrear of pay-commisson till now. I had already infomed you earlier with an application to BUC Branch Muzaffarpur and Tresaury office PATNA but there has not been taken any action from your side. I have already submit my life certificate in Oct - 2011. But bank had stop my pension from oct onward. I have again submit my life certificate in MAY in same branch, still till date my account has not been credited.

So, you are requested to credit/pay in my above mentioned account with the pension with arrear.

Kindly do the needful at the earliest & oblige.
