International reply coupens from indian post

Espected sir/madam.

i am in search of international response coupen which is to be taken from indian post department for stamping on a reply envelope to get a reply from forign country.

the indian post dept, ahmedabad, was not able to understand what is this .. but when they came to understand they gave me the response coupen international which korean postal dept said is of older verson.. now the indian postal dept has the same as given before..

my problem is i m not able to collect my police clearence certificate from korea (south) without this response coupen..

pls guide me what shall i do to collect my doc... as the korean police agency just want response (reply coupen international)
