Tracking number not working

I used to send parcel to USA regularly, But when ever I tried to track my package via Indian Post Website, it always says, Number not exists, But surprisingly when I try this same number at the destination Country ie, the USPS.com (American Postal Service)

it shows the very proper information. Its very shame for us such a situation. I hope Our Indian postal dept will take some action to correct this facility.
