PF COMMISSIONER KOLKATA
NON RECEIPT OF SCHEME CERTIFICATE

My company have submitted my Scheme certificate application form on 16.04.2008 and on 16.09.2008 submitted THE BRAEK / NO BREAK CERTIFICATE. Now more than 20 months has been passed, but i have not received my scheme certificate. Another EMIAL was sent on 11.05.2010 to & one letter sent on 01.07.2010 by SPEED POST to The Central Provident Fund Commissioner, Employees’ Provident Fund OrganizationBhavishya Nidhi Bhawan, 14, Bhikaiji Cama Place,

New Delhi 110 066 and copy marked to The Regional Provident Fund Commissioner, The Regional Provident Fund Office, Bhavishya Nidhi Bhawan, Karunamoyee, Salt Lake, Kolkata

I have been following it up through mail and over phone. I could not get any reply from them.

Please look in to the matter and Do the needful.
