Non receipt of PF Claim-PF Account no. HR/GGN/26959/0388

Dear Sirs

This is in reference to my PF Account no. HR/GGN/26959/0388.Withdrawal

claim were subitted to the PF Commissoner's offices

by my employers M/S ACME TELEPOWER LTD on April 05th

On July 11th I received the following SMS saying

PF Settlement Claim ID: GNGGN110400024271 Member Account No

GNGGN00269590000000388 has been rejected.

Rejection letter is under dispatch.

Since then more than 1 Month has passed but I have not received any

intimation letter reasoning out rejection of my claim. Despite of my various personal

visits to the department I was told to resubmit the claim form without

telling the problem with my previous submitted Form submitted by my Ex employers M/S ACME TELEPOWER LTD.

I would request thru your channels to persuade PF Department-Gurgaon to look into the matter and arrange to do the needful.
