PF withdrawal cheque yet to be remitted to my bank account

Dear Sir/Madam,

My last employer, Eqinox Global Services PVT.Ltd gurgoan HARYANA, had duly submitted my PF withdrawal forms (Forms No.19 & 10 C) to the Regional Provident Fund Commissioner on 30/06.

This is October and I'm yet to receive the remittance in my bank account as indicated in the forms. Kindly help me to go about this business. I'm currently stationed out of Delhi, and it is physically impossible for me to go and check up on the Gurgoan PF office.

I also spoked to Asst. P.F Commisioner E.P.F.O, (D.C Gangual) but all in vain he has no time to serve people as he is there to serve us but all in vain acc. to him I should wait it will be in my a/c asap but now its almost two years

but I never heard anything from them ..

please help me to get my PF asap because my sisters marriage is schedule in mthe month of november
