Pension amount has not received yet

Let me give it a try as I don't believe if someone is really looking into these complaints.

Dear Sir/Madam,

I would like to salute your government covered work pattern, which would have been kicked off by public, had it been a case with any private sector.

Having visited your PF office at Dwarka Delhi couple of times, neither I have received any satisfactory reply nor any amount so far but only assurances.

This is a miracle that your given contact numbers in your site never get through and by any chance if we call up to some other guy in this office then S/HE seems to be more busy then your PF office's worthless telephones, which always result as busy busy and busy (no matter you sit at a place and keep redialing the whole day and hit the phone on your head at last).

Also I would like to drag your attention towards your given worthless email ID in your EPF website, which is nothing but a junk box, where all mail comes but no one has this much curtsy or educated enough to reply them or give it a look even.

God forbid, if you are lucky enough and able to post any grievance which goes to Mr. Gautum Dixit, who seems to be the only IRON MAN in this PF office then you have got only one open option to act upon, which is wait and watch until one month and send him a reminder and keep doing so until you are fed up sending reminders and plan to commit suicide.

In continuation to my above grudges and a ray of hope to receive my Pension amount by the END OF THIS DECADE, may I please request you to predict when would I be able to receive my pension amount, which seems to be seized in your records somewhere with the below details??
