PF Office Sec-24
PF withdrawal

Dear Sir,

This is Surinder Pal Sharma. having PF A/c number UP17407/518 .

i submitted my PF withdrawal form 10C & Form 19 on Dated 09.04.2010 at PF office Sec-24, Noida . ownself.

But After a long span of time (2 months) when i didn't get any kind of information or mail from PF dept. I visited PF office on dated 30.06.2010 for confirming the status of my Form.

I shocked when i got the status report. In the status report it was mention that my form has been rejected and i was replied by one of the PF employ that my rejected form has been dispached on dated 10.05.2010 to my Privious Company's Address.i.e.M/s Gurind India Pvt. Ltd. Sec-11 Noida.

I Contacted my privious company (P&A Dept.) but they said that no mail was recieved by them fromPF office since long.

Sir it is serious matter of thinking.

I request you sir please resolv the matter as soon as possible.
