Transfer of pf

My previous PF number was DL/28542/186 and my Current PF number is DL/31226/952. I requested my old PF amount to be transferred to my current PF account one year back. Till date It is not transfered to my new account. I am surprised to see the attitude of staff, who has processed my file six month back and assured me it would be transfered to my account within week When I met him in office. After one month I again went to pf office and asked about my PF transfer. I was shocked to heard from them that my file is not traceable. I would like to ask concerned officer who is responsible for this. PL interfer in matter and transfered my PF immeditely to my new account I shall be highly thankful to you
