Dear Sir

This has reference to the letter No RJ/2601/12331/ Tr. Out88/ 17877 dt 22/02/10 from P F office

Udaipur, Rajasthan which is addressed to you for settling my pension at the earliest

I was working with J K Tyre & Industries Ltd at their regional office in Calcutta & I have the above

P F account No RJ/2601/12331 with Rajasthan P F office & now retired from service & staying in Calcutta

I had applied for pension under P F rules & submitted the required form 10 D along with all the

documents (Bank Details, Photo, Children details) needed by P F Office in the month of Nov '08

All the documents submitted by me were found to be in order and I was told by my employers

that my pension claim was finally submitted to the P F office, Udaipur in the month of Mar'09

Now I have received a copy of the letter from P F office, Udaipur, to contact you for the final

settlement of my pension claim.

I am sorry to say, Sir, as on today even after one year, I HAVE NOT STARTED RECEIVING

MY PENSION AFTER MY RETIREMENT

I request you to kindly look into the issue & arrange to settle my pension claim at the earliest

I also request to kindly update me about the status of my pension claim
