Pf settlement Bangalore Delay in withdrawal

As per the PF, Bangalore web site my pf withdrawal is in progress since 31-05-11 and its now 11th Sep 2011 i havnt received my PF.Nobody picks up a call in pf office. I thought the situation of government offices in India is becoming better but it doesnt seems to be.
