Illegal Construction

I'd made a complaint against Illegal construction happening on plot# 3A/42 WEA, Karol Bagh, New Delhi - 110005 around an year back. Subsequent to which illegal construction was stopped. Builder has still made a provision of creating an illegal extension by having iron bars hanging outside each floor which is a threat to nearby houses given that street in front is hard 8 feet. Request these should be cut else RWA is contemplating court action against inaction by MCD. Thanks
