Hi All,

I have read an article stated in a newspaper in Bangalore by Commissioner of Police (traffic) that a traffic cop is not supposed to stop a person driving bike and ask for the papers. If that is the case he should issue a notice which asks the person to submit the registration related papers to the police station in 15 days. But this never happens, is not even a traffic cop sincere in performing his duty.why do they ask us to pay fine when such rules are there hidden beyond knowings.

How can this be corrected.
