Worst behaviour of police with the general public and hectic problem of catching people in morning during office times

Respected sir, We the general public of coimbatore are been treated very badly by the police due to which we feel like they are treating and behaving with us like we look them like street dogs. The police due to influence of the police dress are taking advantage of the police dress are treating the publice very badly so please help the general and do the needful and also see to it tat the problem of helmat wearing is been stopped due to which thieves of the city take advantage and thieft has been started from now itself and we can predict how the future will be if we wear helmat daily even before two days a thief robbed a chain and due to which the whole public and traffic of the city were stopped to check them. So i kindly request you to do the needful at the earliest.
