Taken 100/- rs of noting complaint Ashok chowk Solapu

I am not given my name because, this complaint is government organisation.

my father is going two police station because of our Gas sylender is left of my house but Ashok chowk solapur police station incharge and constable told him we taken complaint but u give writeen 100/- Rs bond, and they given 100/- of noting complaint, next day my father going to same police station constable and incharge told him this is not my area u go another, but they not give 100/- rs. they told this money u did not given me u given another. so not return.

please help
