Non receipt of Speed Post lette

Sir,

I have sent a Speed Post Letter from Kharagpur RMS Office on 26/10 bearing No. EW 231424447 IN to my son Sri Raj Kishore Dalabehera, C/o Sri Kodand Biswal, Qtrs.4/26, Unit-V, Lodhi Road Complex, Beside NBCC Place, New Delhi-110003 but till date th same has not been delivered where I have sent a Reserved Railway Ticket by 2444 (NDLS-BBS Rajdhani Exp) in 3A from NDLS to KGP bearing PNR No.254-1534316. On enquiry from KGP RMS office, it was leart the speed post letter has already reached at Speed Post Centre, NDLS on 29.10.2010 vide Post Bag No. EB 0192735 and ly thre only. My son could not undertook the journery by 2444 Rajdhani due to non receipt of Speed post letter till 03.11.2010 where the Rly. reserved Ticket was sent. I have lodged compliaint to postal Deptt. on 03.11.2010 vide Comp. No.10000-59773 .My son was went to Speed Post Centre at New Delhi on 02.11.2010 and 03.11.2010 and at Lodi Road Post Oice tocollect the speed post letter but not traced out. Therefore I seek compentation of Five Lakhs for agony, waste of time, loss of fare of Rly.reserved 3A ticket of Rajdhani EXp from NDLS to KGP. Yours faithfully,
